What to do when negative thinking strike!
level 1 weapon = call someone for SOS.E.G...your leader.
level 2 weapon = don't think at all...just do what you NEED to do.
level 3 weapon = keep on thinking the stuff which bugging you until you are immune(kinda danger if you don't have confidence,might get hurt)
Ultimate weapon = change negative thinking to positive thinking.E.G. If all people want this business,then you might not have any chance.
Positive thinking how to obtained?
level 1 charger = CD/VCD.( you can burst them to your mind 24 hours if you like!)
level 2 charger = call your leader.(he cant't be 24 hours following you,but can interact with you)
level 3 charger = go meeting. ( coz many leaders there! )
Ultimate charger = you! ( coz you are the only one who can make yourself forward! 24 hours fully on your control, accumulation of plenty leaders' knowledge and skill!)
Just think what can make you success, cause I don't get a point why choose negative thinking...since it make you fail, and no productivity at all...unless you choose to fail. Then it is a SUPER GOOD CHOICE!

Are you a leader?
If this question being asked to me, my answer is yes, if there is someone following me.
If the question is are you a good leader? Then it depends,cause I am not suitable to judge myself.However I did try my best to be a good leader.
This business is a leader training business.We being trained,and we will train the others.
So it isn't a shame of not knowing how to do something, we just need to learn.
No one are born to be a leader.We accept challenge and we improve ourselves, through experience.
How many times we fall down before we learned to walk.How many times we have been laugh and be a joker until we know how to talk?
Every challenge make you 1 step nearer to who you wanna be. To be a leader, please be a good follower.No one can be a good leader without experience.
Even you are a leader from other community or field, but please remember,every field is different.You are the best rider doesn't mean you are the best Driver,since the vehicle is totally different.However,your experince maybe useful to help you learn fast.
Vise versa, if you are a good leader in this business, you can handle a lot of stuff in your life as well.
